A Few Ideas To Get You Started
Caribbean people often rub Adobo onto meats before cooking. It is especially good for barbecue. Or you can make an easy yet great marinade by mixing 1 teaspoon Adobo with 2 teaspoons vinegar per pound of meat, poultry, or fish. Marinate at least 15 minutes, then bake, broil, or grill. For seafood, add 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice to the marinade.
