A Few Ideas To Get You Started
To start, try 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Banana Flavor in basic cake or cookie recipes. For added richness, Banana Flavor can be added to any recipe containing fresh bananas. For banana spread, combine 1/4 teaspoon with 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 tablespoon honey; use it on toast, muffins, or apple slices. Have a cooling Polynesian shake. Blend 1 1/2 teaspoons Banana Flavor with 1 1/2 cups orange juice and 1 cup lemon sherbet in blender until smooth. Try it with your favorite juice or sherbet. Looking for a new breakfast boost? Add 1/4 teaspoon to 1 cup hot cooked cereal, or to milk for cold cereal.
