A Few Ideas To Get You Started
You can use 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons Coconut Flavor in any basic cake or cookie recipe. Try 2 teaspoons in a white cake, oatmeal cookie, or fudge brownie mix. Add 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Flavor to 2 cups whipped dessert topping and use to perk up fruit, desserts, pancakes, and waffles. Add 2 teaspoons to a custard pie filling. Add 1 teaspoon to 2 cups fruit compote, and sweeten to taste. To make delicious coconut flavored popcorn, bring 1/2 cup each of sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 tablespoon Coconut Flavor. Blend mixture with 1 to 1 1/2 quarts popped corn.
