A Few Ideas To Get You Started
One half teaspoon Liquid Garlic Seasoning can be substituted for 1 clove garlic. Ideal for sauces, gravies, or marinades. Start with 1 teaspoon for 4 servings or 1 pint of a sauce. Add to flavor stir-fry oil using 1/4 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon oil. For quick garlic bread, brush 1 teaspoon per 1/4 cup melted butter on Italian bread. For shrimp saute, heat 1/2 teaspoon with 2 tablespoons oil, saute 1 pound raw shelled shrimp for 3 minutes. Add 1 chopped tomato, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon chili powder. Cook 1 minute.
