A Few Ideas To Get You Started
One teaspoon Liquid Onion Seasoning can be substituted for 1 medium onion. Use to taste: try 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons for each 4 servings. Add 1 teaspoon to 1 cup sour cream for a chip dip, on cucumbers, in coleslaw, or as a topping for baked potatoes. Combine 1/2 teaspoon with butter or oil and brush on steak, chicken, or fish. Easily flavor white sauce or gravy, use 1 teaspoon for each cup. For a quick onion soup add 1 teaspoon Liquid Onion Seasoning to 1 can (10 oz.) of beef broth. To make a zesty Dijon dressing, mix 2 teaspoons with 1/2 cup salad oil and 2 teaspoons each wine vinegar and Dijon mustard.
