8 baking potatoes

1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon DURKEE Six Pepper Blend
Rub surface of potatoes with oil. Sprinkle generously with DURKEE Six Pepper Blend.

Bake at 375°F for one hour or until potatoes are done.
Serve immediately with desired toppings.

Recipe Note:  May use non-stick spray in place of oil.
