Feta Burgers on Texas Toast

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs, unseasoned
2 tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons milk
1-1/2 tablespoons DURKEE Grill Creations® Kansas City Style Steak Seasoning
1 pound ground beef
8 slices Texas toast

Mix bread crumbs, cheese, milk and DURKEE Grill Creations Kansas City Style Steak Seasoning in large mixing bowl. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape into 4 patties, 3/4-inch thick. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until center is no longer pink, turning once. Serve on Texas toast with fresh tomato slices and lettuce leaf. Also great with Kaiser or sourdough rolls!

Broiling Tip: To broil meat, place in broiler pan on rack 3 to 4 inches from heat.  Broil, turning once, until center is no longer pink: 12 to 15 minutes.
