Spicy Steak Salad

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Cook Time: 5 minutes

3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons water
1-1/2 tablespoons DURKEE Kansas City Style Spicy Steak Seasoning
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 package (10 ounces) salad mix
1 each red and yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1 cup tortilla chips, slightly crushed

Dressing
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon DURKEE Kansas City Style Spicy Steak Seasoning

Combine olive oil, water and DURKEE Kansas City Style Spicy Steak Seasoning in a resealable zip top bag, mix well. Add meat, close bag and toss to coat. Marinate 15 minutes. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and DURKEE Kansas City Style Spicy Streak Seasoning in a small bowl and set aside. Remove meat from bag, discard bag and remaining marinade. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side. Combine salad mix, peppers and dressing in a large bowl. Top with beef and tortilla chips.

Broiling Tip: Place in broiler pan 3 to 4 inches from heat, turning once, until center is no longer pink:  3 to 4 minutes.
