Curried Chicken Salad

Transform everyday chicken salad into a gourmet specialty!

Makes 8 servings

PREP TIME:  15 minutes 
CHILL  TIME:  30 minutes 

3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped Granny Smith apple (about 1 medium apple)
1/4 cup cashews
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry powder

Mix chicken, celery, raisins, apple and cashews in large bowl.  Combine mayonnaise and curry powder in a small bowl; mix thoroughly.  Stir mayonnaise  into chicken mixture.  Chill a minimum of 30 minutes.
