Anchos are the dried form of poblano chiles.  They are the sweetest of the dried chiles.  Durkee® Ancho Chile Seasoning combines them with garlic, onion, red and green bell peppers, and a dash of spice to bring you a well rounded blend.  Use it for any southwestern dish including soups, rices, salads, steaks, chicken and shrimp.  The Ancho Chile Seasoning butter adds a nice kick to your grilled steaks or chops.
