BBQ Shrimp Yield: 25 Servings
A great appetizer or entree. Keep the napkins coming!
Butter, melted 1 1/2 cups
Olive Oil 1 1/2 cups
Durkee® Hot Sauce 3 cups
Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup
Lemons, sliced 6 each
Durkee® Lemon Pepper 1/3 cup
Jumbo shrimp, raw, unpeeled 12 1/2 lbs.
Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Simmer sauce 10 minutes. Place shrimp in several shallow pans. Pour sauce over the top and toss to mix. Bake at 425°F for 6-8 minutes until shrimp turns pink. Serve immediately. Great served with lots of crusty French bread.
