Go A Little Nutty!  Durkee® Black Sesame Seeds have a distinctive smooth seed and characteristic nutty flavor.  They're perfect for garnishing breads, salads, seafood and a wide variety of Asian dishes.

Black Sesame Salmon
 
8 Servings 24 Servings
White wine vinegar 1/4 cup  3/4 cup 
Soy sauce  2 Tbsp.  1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. 
Honey  2 Tbsp. 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. 
Oil  2 Tbsp. 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. 
Durkee Ground Mustard Seed  2 tsp.  2 Tbsp. 
Durkee Ground Ginger  1/2 tsp.  1 1/2 tsp. 
Durkee Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp. 1 1/2 tsp.
Durkee Black Sesame Seeds 2 Tbsp. 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp.
Salmon steaks, 6-8 oz. 8 each 24 each

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil, mustard, ginger, garlic and Durkee Black Sesame Seeds.  Add salmon and marinate for at least 1 hour.  Refrigerate.

Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.

Broil or grill salmon 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Garnish with additional Durkee Black Sesame Seeds if desired.
