| Rehydrate Tone's®
Minced Onion in water for about 10 minutes; drain off excess water.
Sauté onion and green pepper in vegetable oil until tender,
yet crisp. Mix Tone's® Brown Gravy Mix with second water. Pour
over onions and green pepper. Heat sauce mixture until it reaches
a boil and simmer for about 3 minutes. Trim fat from steak and brown
steak lightly on both sides in a hot frying pan. Place in baking pan
and pour sauce over steak. Cover steak and bake at 350°F until
steak is tender; about 1 1/2 hours. |
