Bourbon Beurre Sauce 2 Cups
Shallots, minced 2
Durkee® Minced Garlic 1/4 tsp.
Bourbon 1 cup
Apple cider 1 cup
Cider vinegar 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 lemons
Durkee® Cinnamon Maple Sprinkle 1 Tbsp.
Butter 1 lb.
Salt & Pepper as needed
Simmer all ingredients except butter until reduced by two-thirds. Cut the butter into small chunks and add to mixture. Whisk slowly and continuously until fully emulsified. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Excellent for pork or shrimp.
