| Durkee® Cinnamon Maple
Sprinkle |

| Butter |
1 lb. |
| Salt & Pepper |
as needed |
| Simmer all
ingredients except butter until reduced by two-thirds. Cut the butter
into small chunks and add to mixture. Whisk slowly and continuously
until fully emulsified. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Excellent
for pork or shrimp. |
