| French bread |

| Margarine, softened |
1/2 cup |
| Sharp cheddar cheese,
shredded |
2 lbs. |
| Sherry wine |
1/2 cup |
| Durkee® Hot Sauce |
2/3 cup |
| Split French
bread lengthwise. Spread with margarine. Place under broiler until
lightly browned. Combine cheese, sherry and Durkee® Hot Sauce.
Spread over toasted bread. Broil until cheese melts and bread is crusty
brown. Cut into slices, if desired; serve immediately. |
