Buffalo Cheese Bread Yield: 12 Servings
Spice up cheese bread with Durkee® Hot Sauce.
French bread 3 loaves
Margarine, softened 1/2 cup
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 lbs.
Sherry wine 1/2 cup
Durkee® Hot Sauce 2/3 cup
Split French bread lengthwise. Spread with margarine. Place under broiler until lightly browned. Combine cheese, sherry and Durkee® Hot Sauce. Spread over toasted bread. Broil until cheese melts and bread is crusty brown. Cut into slices, if desired; serve immediately.
