Buffalo Ribs Yield: 24 Servings
Durkee® Hot Sauce 3/4 cup
Pork spare ribs, baby back or country style 12 lbs.
Lemon juice 1/3 cup
Ketchup 2 1/4 cups
Brown Sugar 1 1/2 cups
Honey 3/4 cup
Place ribs on a sheet pan(s) and brush with lemon juice. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 1 hours, 30 minutes. Combine Durkee® Hot Sauce and remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain ribs well. Brush ribs with half of the sauce. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Turn ribs, brush with remaining sauce, cover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with LOTS of napkins.
