Buffalo Shrimp
Yield: 25 - 8 oz. Shrimp Servings with 2 oz. Dipping Sauce
Serve as an appetizer or entree. Customers won't forget the great Durkee® Hot Sauce flavor.
Shrimp, cooked, chilled 12 1/2 lbs.
Margarine, melted 2 cups
Durkee® Hot Sauce 1 qt.
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Combine margarine, Durkee® Hot Sauce and lemon juice. Keep warm. Place the Hot Sauce mixture in butter warmers and serve with the chilled shrimp.
