Buffalo Style BBQ Spare Ribs 8 Servings 25 Servings
Pork spare ribs, baby back or country style 4 lbs. 12 lbs.
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp. 1/3 cup
Ketchup 1 cup 3 cups
Brown sugar 1/2 cup 1 1/2 cups
Honey 2 Tbsp. 3 Tbsp.
Durkee® Hot Buffalo Wing Seasoning ® 1 Tbsp. 3 Tbsp.
Place ribs on sheet pan(s) and brush with lemon juice. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Drain. In a bowl, combine ingredients to make sauce for ribs. Brush ribs with 1/2 of sauce. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Turn ribs, brush with remaining sauce and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
