| Durkee® Hot Buffalo Wing Seasoning ® |

| Flour, all-purpose |
1/4 cup |
| Water |
2 cups |
| Chicken wings, completely
thawed |
2 - 3 lbs. |
| Flour, all-purpose for
dredging |
1/4 cup |
| Mix all of
the above ingredients, except the flour for dredging, until a smooth
paste is formed. Dredge completely thawed chicken wings into the flour.
Dip wings into buffalo wing mixture. Deep fry at 350°F for 3 -
5 minutes or until done. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery
sticks if desired. |
