Buffalo Wings in a Hurry
Durkee® Hot Buffalo Wing Seasoning ® 1 cup
Flour, all-purpose 1/4 cup
Water 2 cups
Chicken wings, completely thawed 2 - 3 lbs.
Flour, all-purpose for dredging 1/4 cup
Mix all of the above ingredients, except the flour for dredging, until a smooth paste is formed. Dredge completely thawed chicken wings into the flour. Dip wings into buffalo wing mixture. Deep fry at 350°F for 3 - 5 minutes or until done. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks if desired.
