Buffalo's Best BBQ Beef Yield: 25 Servings
Durkee® Hot Sauce creates the best BBQ beef east or west.
Beef roast, boneless 6 lbs.
Oil 2 Tbsp.
Water 7 cups
Tomato paste 18 oz.
Onions, chopped 1 lb. 8 oz. or 6 cups
Celery, chopped 1 lb. 2 oz. or 4 1/2 cups
Green pepper, chopped 9 oz. or 2 1/4 cups
Durkee® Garlic Powder 2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce 1/3 cup
Durkee® Hot Sauce 3/4 cup
Brown beef in hot oil. Turn to brown all sides. Place beef in deep baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beef. Cover tightly. Bake at 325°F for 3-4 hours or until beef shreds easily. Serve on crusty French rolls.
