| Durkee®
Hot Sauce creates the best BBQ beef east or west. |
| Beef roast, boneless |
6 lbs. |
| Oil |
2 Tbsp. |
| Water |
7 cups |
| Tomato paste |
18 oz. |
| Onions, chopped |
1 lb. 8 oz. or 6 cups |
| Celery, chopped |
1 lb. 2 oz. or 4 1/2 cups |
| Green pepper, chopped |
9 oz. or 2 1/4 cups |
| Durkee® Garlic Powder |
2 tsp. |
| Worcestershire sauce |
1/3 cup |
| Durkee® Hot Sauce |
3/4 cup |
| Brown beef
in hot oil. Turn to brown all sides. Place beef in deep baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beef. Cover tightly. Bake
at 325°F for 3-4 hours or until beef shreds easily. Serve on crusty
French rolls. |
