Butter Mesquite Chicken 8 Servings 24 Servings
Flour 1 cup 3 cups
Cornmeal 1 cup 3 cups
Durkee® Mesquite Seasoning W/Butter 1/2 cup 1 1/2 cups
Chickens, frying 6 lbs. 18 lbs.
Milk 1 cup 3 cups
Combine flour and cornmeal. Rinse chicken with milk. Coat with flour mixture. Place skin side up in baking pan. Fry in shortening or bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven.
