Durkee® Chinese 5 Spice is a traditional, pungent blend of cloves, black pepper, fennel, cinnamon and anise.  It's a natural for Asian cooking, yet versatile.  Chinese 5 Spice will bring your seafood, pork, chicken, duck or turkey to new heights -- or use it to add fireworks to carrots, sweet potatoes and rice. Chinese 5 Spice adds a delicious twist to a familiar favorite.


Chinese 5 Spice BBQ Ribs
 
6 Servings 24 Servings
Brown sugar  1/4 cup 1 cup
Durkee Chinese 5 Spice  4 tsp.  1/4 cup 
Baby back ribs  3 lbs.  12 lbs. 
BBQ Sauce To taste To taste

Combine brown sugar and Durkee Chinese 5 Spice.  Rub over baby back ribs.

Cover with foil and bake at 300°F for 90 minutes or until ribs are tender and at least 160° F.

Uncover and brush with a favorite BBQ sauce.  Bake an additional 15 minutes.
