Durkee® Chinese 5 Spice is a traditional, pungent blend

Chinese 5 Spice Cranberry Pork

| Pork chops, America's cut, 1" thick |

| Cranberry sauce, whole berry type |

| Durkee Minced Onion |
1/4 cup |
3/4 cup |
| Durkee Chinese 5 Spice |
2 1/2 Tbsp. |
1/2 cup |

Heat oil in sauté pan. Brown chops on each side.
Remove to steamtable pan.
Combine cranberry sauce, minced onion and Durkee Chinese 5 Spice.
Pour over chops.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 160°F.
Serve with rice pilaf and green vegetable medley.
