Chinese 5 Spice Cranberry Pork Chops
 
8 Servings 24 Servings
Cooking oil 2 Tbsp.  1/3 cup 
Pork chops, America's cut, 1" thick  8 chops  24 chops 
Cranberry sauce, whole berry type 2 lbs.  6 lbs. 
Durkee Minced Onion  1/4 cup 3/4 cup 
Durkee Chinese 5 Spice  2 1/2 Tbsp.  1/2 cup 

Heat oil in sauté pan.  Brown chops on each side.  Remove to steamtable pan.

Combine cranberry sauce, minced onion and Durkee Chinese 5 Spice.  Pour over chops.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is 160°F.

Serve with rice pilaf and green vegetable medley.
