| Cut pork, bacon
and fat into chunks (bacon may be substituted for pork fat). Mix seasonings
in water and let set for 20 minutes. Grind meats and fat using a grinder.
Blend meat and seasoning mixture together. Mixture may be stuffed
in casings or used as patty sausages. |
