Durkee® Presti's® Garlic Romano Sprinkle is a special blend of garlic, Romano cheese and parsley.  Garlic Romano Sprinkle makes delicious garlic bread, breadsticks, croutons or Texas toast.  Add Garlic Romano Sprinkle to pasta, rice pilaf, baked fish or oven roasted vegetables.  This blend enhances everything it touches.

Garlicy Gourmet New Potatoes
 
8 Servings 24 Servings
Potatoes, baby red 2 lbs.  6 lbs. 
Butter  2 Tbsp.  6 Tbsp. 
Bleu cheese crumbles 4 oz.  12 oz. 
Whipping cream  1/2 cup 1 1/2 cups
Durkee Presti's Garlic Romano Sprinkle  3 Tbsp.  1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp. 

Cut baby red potatoes into chunks.  Cook until just tender.  Drain well and chill until ready to assemble.

Melt butter and sauté potatoes until potatoes begin to brown.

Add bleu cheese crumbles, cream and Garlic Romano Sprinkle.  Stir until cheese has melted and sauce has thickened.

Serve immediately.
