Durkee® Presti's® Regular or Classic Italian Pizza Seasoning gives every pizza an authentic Italian taste.  Sprinkle Pizza Seasoning on French bread or breasticks or use prepared pizza sauce for dipping.  Add pizzazz to frozen pizza with a sprinkle of Pizza Seasoning.


Herbed Foccacia Bread
 
12 Servings 36 Servings
Bread dough, proofed 1 lb. Dough ball 3 - 1 lb. Dough balls 
Olive oil  2 Tbsp.  1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp.
Durkee Presti's Pizza Seasoning, Regular or Classic Italian  1 Tbsp.  3 Tbsp. 
Parmesan cheese, grated  2 Tbsp. 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. 

Grease sheet pans.  Press each dough ball into a 10-12 inch circle.

Poke dough rounds with deep holes at one-inch intervals.

Drizzle with olive oil.  Sprinkle with Pizza Seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

Proof foccacia for 20 minutes.  Bake at 400°F for 14-16 minutes.

Cut each foccacia into 12 wedges.  Serve with pasta, salads or use for sandwiches.
