| Brown ground
beef and drain. Stir in seasoning. Sauté green pepper and onion
in butter. Add seasonings. Stir in tomato and heat just until warm.
Warm tortillas in oven or microwave. Place small amount of beef, shredded
cheese and vegetables on each tortilla. Fold tortilla and serve with
sour cream or guacamole. |
