Herbed Beef Fajitas 10 Servings 25 Servings
Ground beef 2 lbs. 5 1/2 lbs.
Durkee® Mesquite Herb & Fajita Seasoning 2 Tbsp. 5 Tbsp.
Green pepper, cut in strips 1 2 1/2
Onions, diced 1 medium 2 large
Butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. 5 Tbsp.
Durkee® Ground Cumin Seed 1 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
Durkee® Ground Mustard Seed 1 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
Durkee® Garlic Powder 1 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
Durkee® Black Pepper 1 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
Tomato, cut into wedges 2 5
Flour tortillas 20 50
Cheddar cheese 3 cups 8 cups
Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in seasoning. Sauté green pepper and onion in butter. Add seasonings. Stir in tomato and heat just until warm. Warm tortillas in oven or microwave. Place small amount of beef, shredded cheese and vegetables on each tortilla. Fold tortilla and serve with sour cream or guacamole.
