Kabobs |
| Cut beef steak into 1"
x 2" pieces. Marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Thread skewers and alternate
with mandarin oranges, pineapple and bell peppers. Broil turning Kabobs
once. Serve with brown or herb flavored rice. |
| Jerk Seasoning
Pork Roast |
| Pierce pork roast with
fork tines so marinade will be absorbed. Marinate for one hour. Roast
at 350°F covering meat loosely with foil. Allow 20 - 25 minutes
per pound. Let pork stand 10 minutes before carving. Ladle juices
over slices for extra flavor. |

| Combine ingredients
in a shallow container. 1 1/2 cups is enough to marinate 2 pounds
of meat; 1 quart is enough to marinate 5 pounds of meat. |
