Jerk Seasoning Kabobs
Cut beef steak into 1" x 2" pieces. Marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Thread skewers and alternate with mandarin oranges, pineapple and bell peppers. Broil turning Kabobs once. Serve with brown or herb flavored rice.

Jerk Seasoning Pork Roast
Pierce pork roast with fork tines so marinade will be absorbed. Marinate for one hour. Roast at 350°F covering meat loosely with foil. Allow 20 - 25 minutes per pound. Let pork stand 10 minutes before carving. Ladle juices over slices for extra flavor.


Jerk Seasoning Marinade 1 1/2 Cups 1 Quart
Soy Sauce 1/2 cup 1 1/3 cups
Water 1/2 cup 1 1/3 cups
Oil 1/4 cup 2/3 cup
Durkee® Jerk Seasoning 1 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 Tbsp. 6 Tbsp.
Combine ingredients in a shallow container. 1 1/2 cups is enough to marinate 2 pounds of meat; 1 quart is enough to marinate 5 pounds of meat.
