| Durkee® Jerk Seasoning |
1/2 cup |
| Green onion, chopped |

| Lime juice |

| Pork loin chops (or any
other pork cut) |

| Prepare spice
paste by grinding Durkee® Jerk Seasoning with green onions and
lime; grind with mortar or on a cutting board with the bottom of a
plate until you have a smooth paste. Cover the pork with the paste;
marinate 1 hour or overnight. Cook pork on mid-hot grill until desired
doneness. If desired, toss some Durkee® Jerk Seasoning on hot
coals to produce a spicy smoke. Serve with raw onion. |
