| Pasta: Bow tie, fettuccini or other | 1 lb. | 3 lbs. |
| Butter | 2 Tbsp. | 1/3 cup |
| Zucchini, 1/2 " dice | 2 oz. or 1/2 cup | 6 oz. or 1 1/2 cups |
| Red peppers, 1/2" dice | 2 oz. or 1/2 cup | 6 oz. or 1 1/2 cups |
| Whipping cream | 1 1/2 cups | 1 qt. + 1/2 cup |
| Durkee Presti's Garlic Romano Sprinkle | 1/4 cup | 3/4 cup |
| Durkee Coarse Ground
Black Pepper |

Cook pasta to al dente. Drain.
Melt butter in large skillet. Sauté zucchini and peppers for 2-3 minutes.
Add cream. Bring to a low boil and cook until sauce has been reduced in half.
Pour over pasta, add Durkee Presti's Garlic Romano Sprinkle, and toss gently.
Garnish with Durkee Coarse
Ground Black Pepper. Serve immediately.
