Portobello Mushroom Sandwiches

| Oil | 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. | 2 cups |
| Durkee Canada's Favourite Steak Seasoning | 2 Tbsp. | 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. |
| Portobello mushroom caps, cleaned | 8 each | 24 each |
Combine oil and Canada's Favourite Steak Seasoning. Pour over mushrooms. Toss to coat all sides of mushrooms with marinade. Marinate at least one hour.
Drain mushrooms. Grill or broil approximately 5 minutes per side. If liquid collects under the mushroom gills, drain.
Serve mushrooms on toasted
buns. Top with a white cheese such as Swiss or Havarati or a herbed
cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and lettuce.
