Durkee® Roasted Garlic Seasoning helps you take full advantage of a major flavor trend.  It combines roasted garlic with red and green peppers, onion and a hint of chili peppers.  Use this blend to bring added zest to pasta, chicken, fish, pork, salad dressings and even mashed potatoes. This versatile marinade seasoned with Roasted Garlic Seasoning is delicious on everything from portabello mushrooms to chicken.


Roasted Garlic Marinade
 
8 Servings 24 Servings
Olive oil 1/4 cup  3/4 cup 
Water  1/4 cup  3/4 cup 
Red wine vinegar  2 Tbsp.  1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. 
Durkee Roasted Garlic Seasoning  2 Tbsp. 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. 
Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless 
OR
8 each  24 each 
Portabello  mushroom caps 8 each  24 each 

Combine olive oil, water, vinegar and Durkee Roasted Garlic Seasoning.

Add chicken or portabello mushrooms.  Marinate refrigerated at least 30 minutes.

Cook chicken or mushrooms as desired.  Discard marinade.

Also delicious with pork, beef, seafood and all types of vegetables.
