You're going to love this zesty blend of black and white pepper, red and green bell peppers, plus jalapeno and chili peppers.  Durkee® Six Pepper Blend gives a little kick to chicken, shrimp, burgers, steaks, rice and vegetables.  Add a dash to eggs, salads, hash browns and baked potatoes.  Durkee 6 Pepper Blend creates a delicious variation for chicken fried chicken.


Six Pepper Fried Chicken
 
8 Servings 24 Servings
Flour, all-purpose 1 cup  3 cups 
Durkee Six Pepper Blend 2 Tbsp.  1/3 cup 
Eggs, beaten  2 or 1/2 cup  6 or 1 1/2 cups 
Milk 2 cups 1 qt. + 2 cups 
Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, 
4 oz. 
8 each  24 each 
Oil for deep fat frying     

Combine flour and Durkee Six Pepper Blend in a shallow pan.

Whisk eggs and milk together.

If desired, pound chicken breasts until uniform thickness.  Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then dip in egg mixture and dredge in flour for a second time.  Shake off any excess flour.

Deep fat fry at 350°F for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature is at least 165°F.

Serve immediately.
