You're going to love this zesty blend of black and white pepper, red and green bell peppers, plus jalapeno and chili peppers.  Durkee® Six Pepper Blend gives a little kick to chicken, shrimp, burgers, steaks, rice and vegetables.  Add a dash to eggs, salads, hash browns and baked potatoes.  Here's a simple yet fabulous rub for pork tenderloin or pork loin roasts.


Six Pepper Pork
 
6 Servings 24 Servings
Honey 2 Tbsp.  1/2 cup 
Dijon mustard  2 Tbsp.  1/2 ci[. 
Pork tenderloins or pork loin roast  3 lbs.  .12 lbs.
Durkee Six Pepper Blend 1 Tbsp.  1/4 cup. 

Combine honey and mustard.  Rub on surface of pork tenderloins.  Sprinkle with Durkee Six Pepper Blend.

Roast at 350°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 155°F.

Let pork rest for 10 minutes.  Slice into medallions and serve with baked sweet potatoes.
