You're going to love this zesty blend of black and white pepper, red and green bell peppers, plus jalapeno and chili peppers.  Durkee® Six Pepper Blend gives a little kick to chicken, shrimp, burgers, steaks, rice and vegetables.  Add a dash to eggs, salads, hash browns and baked potatoes.  This recipe creates baked potatoes that are popular on steakhouse menus from coast to coast.


Six Pepper Steakhouse Baked Potatoes
 
8 Servings 25 Servings
Potatoes, 70 count bakers 8 each  25 each 
Cooking oil*  1 Tbsp.  3 Tbsp. 
Durkee Six Pepper Blend  1 Tbsp. 3 Tbsp. 
     
* May use non-stick spray in place of the oil

Rub surface of potatoes with oil.  Sprinkle generously with Durkee Six Pepper Blend.

Bake at 375°F for one hour or until potatoes are done.

Serve immediately with desired toppings.
