Six Pepper Steak Burger
 
8 Servings 24 Servings
Oil 2 Tbsp.  1/3 cup 
Green pepper, 1/2" slices  8 oz.  1 lb. + 8 oz.
Onion, 1/2" slices  8 oz.  1 lb. + 8 oz. 
Mushrooms, fresh button,sliced  8 oz. 1 lb. + 8 oz. 
Durkee Six Pepper Blend  2 Tbsp.  1/3 cup 
Burger patties, 4 oz. 8 each  24 each 
Durkee Six Pepper Blend To taste To taste
Swiss cheese, 1 oz. slices 8 slices 24 slices
Hamburger buns 8 each 24 each

Heat oil.  Add peppers, onions and mushrooms.  Sprinkle with first amount of Durkee Six Pepper Blend.  Cook until crisp-tender.  

Meanwhile grill burger patties, sprinkling to taste with Durkee Six Pepper Blend.  Cook until juices run clear and internal temperature is at least 165°F.

To serve, top burger with sautéed vegetables and Swiss cheese,.  Serve on whole grain bun.
