Zesty Pork Tenderloin with Strawberry Salsa

| Pork tenderloin | 3 lbs. | 9 lbs. |
| Durkee Zestful Seasoning (No Added MSG) | 1 Tbsp. | 3 Tbsp. |
| Honey | 2 Tbsp. | 6 Tbsp. |
| Strawberries, diced 1/2" | 1 1/2 cups | 4 1/2 cups |
| Green onions, sliced | 1/4 cup | 3/4 cup |
| Lime juice | 1 1/2 Tbsp. | 1/4 cup |
| Durkee Cilantro | 1/2 tsp. | 1 1/2 tsp. |
| Durkee Hot Sauce | 1 tsp. | 1 Tbsp. |
Coat pork tenderloins generously with Durkee Zestful Seasoning (No Added MSG).
Roast at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Drizzle with honey. Return to oven and continue cooking until internal temperature of pork reaches 160°F. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with strawberry salsa.
To prepare salsa: gently
combine strawberries, green onions, lime juice, cilantro and Durkee Hot
Sauce.
