Durkee® Chef's Taste® BBQ Rib Seasoning Rub is a perfect blend of garlic, onion, hickory smoke flavor, chili peppers and other spices and herbs.  Coat steaks and chops, beef or pork roasts, ribs, chicken or turkey legs with Durkee Chef's Taste BBQ Rib Seasoning Rub for great flavor every time.


Zesty Potato Skins
 
8 Servings 24 Servings
Potatoes, 8 oz. bakers 8 each  24 each 
Non-stick spray, butter flavored As needed  As needed
Durkee Chef's Taste BBQ Rib Seasoning Rub 1/4 cup  3/4 cup 
Cheese, shredded cheddar  4 oz.  12 oz. 

Bake potatoes at 350° F for one hour or until done.  Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.

Cut each potato in half.  Scoop out, leaving a 1/4 - 1/2 inch shell.

Cut each shell into 4 wedges.  Spray wedges generously with butter flavored non-stick spray.  Sprinkle with Durkee Chef's Taste BBQ Rib Seasoning Rub.

Spread on baking sheet in single layer.

Bake at 400° F for 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with shredded cheese.  Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.  Serve immediately with low fat sour cream seasoned with chili powder.
