Toss vegetables in a small amount of olive oil, then sprinkle with seasonings before grilling. Try on zucchini, mushrooms and asparagus. An excellent rub for ribs, pork roast, whole chicken or salmon. Give extra kick to baked beans or grilled sauces. Use as a sprinkle on seasoning for steaks, burgers, chicken, pork or fish. Flavor a favorite marinade or barbeque sauce with southwestern flair. Sprinkle on hamburgers before grilling or mix into ground beef and form into patties. Use about 2 teaspoons seasoning per pound of ground beef.
